I'm thinking of starting a new blog called "Spleen". You know - as in 'Vent your'. I'm fed up with poorly prepared food, generous prices and tired service in our restaurants and cafes.
I've been delighted at the response my March newsletter has been receiving: "Ten Intentions for a Good Year". Must have touch a spot somewhere. Thank you.
The email address I've enjoyed for 23 years has been stolen by hackers. I don't know how to get it back so I've changed it and made all my passwords a lot longer! (I've updated all the links on this site.)
firstname.lastname@example.org is now email@example.com
The really embarrassing part is, the hackers are sending out millions(?) of emails under my name promoting all sorts of (non existant) rubbish.
A nice comment from a client this week. He described my Coaching as 'disturbingly astute'. I think he was being kind.
Learning to feel and express gratitude has been the most valuable lesson I've learned.
My newsletters give insights and tips for keeping on top of things. Ideas to uplift , reassure and motivate. Subscriptions are free. All I need is your email:
When we were kids, Mum used to stick up a weekly roster on the kitchen wall.
I'm so glad she did. I admire efficiency. It's high on my values list.
There are two things I can't create: More land and more time.
Learning to roster built routine into our day. And I still love routines because they save so much time!. It's rather like creating time out of thin air!
